Vaal meeting moved to Turffontein

Please note the Vaal Classic Track meeting scheduled for today has been moved to the Turffontein Inside Track following a further 14mm of rainfall there overnight, resulting in the Vaal track being waterlogged.

The total amount of rainfall at the Vaal in the last 72 hours is just over 100mm.

Turffontein received no rainfall overnight and after a gallop on the track this morning, it was unanimously agreed that the track is soft but consistent and safe for racing.

Race 1 - 2600m

Race 5 - 2600m.
