The action switches back to the turf at Fairview on Friday but trainers Alan Greeff and Sharon Kotzen should have another good outing.
They came away with a double apiece last Friday at the Polytrack and can carry that form over to the turf meeting.
Scampton is a big runner for Kotzen in the Classified Stakes, race six over 1600m, with Luyulo Mxothwa in the irons.
With a light weight and drawn well, Slainte Mhath is another one in with a winning chance for the Kotzen yard.
He will be partnered by his regular pilot Charles Ndlovi in a competitive race five over 2400m.
Greeff and top jockey Richard Fourie combine with some decent runners, as is usually the case at Fairview.
Fantasy Girl (race 2), September Flower (race 3) and For All We Know (race 7) are just some of the Greeff runners who look ready to run big races.
The Tara Laing stable can also follow up after finding the winners box last Friday.
Fredericos Passion made an excellent debut for the Laing yard last month and is the odds-on favourite to win the first race.
Laing will saddle another favourite, Juan Carlos, in the fifth race. Juan Carlos won his last race very well and can follow up.
The Gavin Smith stable had a rare winless outing last week and usually bounces back strongly after a day like that – watch out!
Trainer Lunga Gila, who started his career at Fairview, is visiting his old hunting ground with two runners in the first race – Bright Future and Mitredat.
The first of the eight races is off at 12:25.
