The classy four-year-old filly Luna Halo is ready to win another feature race at Fairview.
She will be hard to beat in the R175 000 November Stakes (Non-Black Type) over 1400m at the fast running Polytrack on Friday.
Luna Halo, who won the Listed Breeders Guineas earlier this year as a three-year-old, has a good record over track and trip.
The daughter of Fire Away will jump from pole position with Richard Fourie aboard and should be good enough to make it career victory number 10 for the inform Alan Greeff stable.
The seven-year-old gelding Bingwa is making his Fairview debut in the care of top trainer Gavin Smith.
It should be interesting to follow his progress in the Eastern Cape. He prefers further but he has the class to be competitive if he takes to the surface.
Bush Tracker (Sharon Kotzen) is one of the better older horses in the province. He is consistent and on best form he can challenge for victory.
The November Stakes is race six on the card of nine races and nine runners will face the starter at 15:15.
The feature race is also the first leg of the second Jackpot and punters might go with Luna Halo as a banker.
Another Greeff runner to consider as a banker is Call To Glory in the eighth race. The five-year-old mare is drawn wide but can make it three wins in a row.
The meeting starts at 12:20 and Haphazard (Greeff) should get favourite backers off to a winning start.
Greeff won four races at the last meeting and looks set for another solid outing.
