JETTIE'S RUN CAN ENJOY WINDSOR CRUISE

Jettie's Run can defy a penalty in the Download The Fitzdares App Now Fillies' Novice Stakes at Windsor.

Trained by Ralph Beckett, who has plenty of strength in depth in the three-year-old division this season, the 200,000 guineas purchase has outstanding form claims.

On her first outing at Kempton in September she beat all bar Godolphin's Magic Trail, who already had a win to her name.

With that run under her belt Beckett sent her back to Kempton less than a month later, where she was a short-priced favourite and had little trouble landing the odds.

The horse who chased her home, Bermuda Longtail, has done no harm to the form at all as since then she has won, finished second to the promising Glittering Surf and been second in a Listed race at York.

Silver Gunn may be a seven-year-old but usually runs well by the Thames which makes him of particular interest in the Fitzdares Telephone Betting Handicap.

Marco Botti's son of Lope De Vega just failed on his seasonal reappearance at the track in late April when going down by a neck to Expert Witness.

The 2lb rise is not ideal but that will have knocked the freshness off he can  almost be banked on to be involved at the finish.

At Wetherby, Pol Roger is fancied to go well in the Birra Moretti Handicap for Michael Dods.

He looked in need of his first run of the season when only fifth at Haydock, although he was only beaten a length and a half.

Dropped 1lb by the handicapper, he ran at Ayr most recently and was just run out of things in the final 100 yards, when probably not helped by racing keenly. He should be competitive off the same mark.

Staying at the West Yorkshire venue, Simon and Ed Crisford have found a golden opportunity for Vlad to get off the mark before Royal Ascot. To say he bumped into one first time in Treanmor at Newmarket is an understatement and then some.

Jumps action is on offer at Market Rasen, where Dan Skelton's Queensworthy can remain unbeaten under rules.

Second in her only point-to-point, she got off the mark first time out for new connections at Southwell in a bumper.

It is interesting Skelton is wasting no time in sending her over obstacles for the Equisign Tack And Feed Mares' Maiden Hurdle, rather than try to win another bumper with a penalty.
