In-form pair to strike again

Trainer Candice Bass-Robinson and stable jockey Aldo Domeyer dominated the last Western Cape meeting and look likely to do so again at the next when racing returns to Kenilworth on Monday.

She finished a staying-on third in a stronger race over 1100m in her last start and races off the same mark eased in grade.

Domeyer has ridden the daughter of What A Winter to all three of her career successes and is likely to add to that tally for Bass-Robinson.

Vercingetorix gelding On The Road ought to provide the combination with another success in Race 8, a Classified Stakes over 1400m, having rediscovered his form in recent starts.
