The Fairview Polytrack hosts Tuesday’s meeting and very useful fillies will line up in a competitive handicap over 1300m.
There is quality in this field of ten runners in the seventh race, the Racehorse Owners Association FM 86 Handicap.
Some of the runners have shown what they can do in Listed races and this race should be the highlight of the meeting.
Summer Odyssey (Alan Greeff) and Passchendaele (Kelly Mitchley) are on top of the betting boards for good reason but there are many challengers who won’t make it easy for them.
It is a competitive start to the Bipot with the first race at 12:30.
The filly Kyoka (Greeff) makes her Poly debut in the second race at 13:00 but looks like the one to beat in the first leg of the Place Accumulator.
The Pick Six starts with race three at 13:35 and punters will need to include a handful of runners to survive the first leg.
Legal Thriller (Greeff) and Gunsmoke (Tara Laing) should fight it out for the win in race four, the first leg of the first Jackpot, at 14:10.
Jackpot Two starts with race five at 14:45 where Nothingelsematters makes his debut for the Gavin Smith stable. It will be interesting to see how he takes to the Poly surface in a competitive handicap over 1900m.
The speedy Esther (Greeff) takes on the boys in a handicap over 1000m in race six at 15:20, followed by that good-looking fillies handicap at 16:00.
You Win Again (Greeff) is the filly to beat in the eighth and last race but the likes of Iqembulabesifazane, Global Goddess (both Smith) and Dream Scape (Cliffie Miller) will be up for the challenge.
