R24-MILLION SOCCER 13 POOL TOPS EASTER WEEKEND MENU

This Easter Weekend is an absolute bomb for TAB soccer customers. The big leagues are back after the international window, TAB has added cash bonuses to five pools and there are two Soccer 13 bets with guaranteed pools - R24 million for Saturday’s Soccer 13 and R8 million on Sunday! For as little as R2, you can play a Soccer 13 and get a chance to win more cash than you have ever dreamed of. So make your choices and take a bet!

SEVERAL STAND-OUT BANKERS FOR SATURDAY’S BETS

The first seven matches in the minimum R24-million Soccer 13 pot are all English Premier League encounters and there look to be a couple of stand-out bankers, while there’s no option but to take a chance in several of the others. Newcastle entertain West Ham in the early game and with the crowd behind them, you have to fancy their chances of edging out their visitors. Newcastle haven’t played to the level we saw last season, principally because of injuries, but the good news is that hopefully one or both of Kieran Trippier and Tino Livramento will be fit. That will give Eddie Howe more options and three points with a bit of luck.

The banker bets look to be Aston Villa and London clubs Spurs and Chelsea to triumph at home, while Fulham were razor sharp against Spurs in their last game and should be up to an away win against Sheffield United.

In other games in the pool count on Bayern Munich to win at home and Monaco should be able to extend their winning sequence over Metz to six despite playing away.

Suggested R192 perm: 1,2,3 x 1 x 1 x 1 x 1,2 x 1,2 x 3 x 1,2 x 2,3 x 1,2 x 1 x 1 x 3.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS WEEKEND

SHORT: Walker and De Bruyne should play; Cape Town City’s captain good to go against Chiefs; Atlanta centre-back will miss Chicago Fire clash.

* Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Edson Castillo has returned from two friendlies with the Venezuelan national team in the USA, including coming on as a substitute against Italy, but will not play against Cape Town City on Saturday. He is suspended for the trip along with fellow midfielder Yusuf Maart.

* Manchester City expect Kyle Walker to be fit for their title showdown with Arsenal on Sunday. Walker suffered a hamstring injury against Brazil on Saturday and withdrew from the England squad for Tuesday’s friendly against Belgium. City also expect to have Kevin De Bruyne available after he pulled out of the Belgian squad due to a groin injury.

* Cape Town City skipper Thamsanqa Mkhize makes a timely return from suspension for Saturday’s clash against Chiefs. He is expected to return to his role at right back in place of youngster Patrick Fisher with another veteran Marc van Heerden on the left.

* Atlanta United centre back Stian Gregersen sustained a meniscus injury to his left knee and will be unavailable for Saturday's match at home to Chicago Fire, who have skipper Xherdan Shaqiri, the Swiss international midfielder, back from international duty.

MATCH-BY-MATCH GUIDE TO CASH-BOOSTED SOCCER 10 POOLS

Friday 29 March S10 V3

SOCCER 10 V3 SUGGESTED BET:

M1: Bristol City vs Leicester City TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
One win in their last five matches has seen Leicester surrender the Championship lead to Leeds, although they do have a game in hand. Bristol City have lost five of their last six outings.
M2: Millwall vs West Bromwich Albion TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
Millwall are looking for a third successive home victory as the Baggies chase promotion on the back of six games without defeat.
M3: Cardiff City vs Sunderland TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
Cardiff won four on the trot before losing to Welsh rivals Swansea in their last outing. Sunderland will want to snap a run of seven matches without a win.
M4: Huddersfield Town vs Coventry City TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
Huddersfield are third from bottom in the Championship, but only goal difference keeps them from safety. Coventry are through to the FA Cup semi-final, which could prove a distraction.
M5: Hull City vs Stoke City TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
Hull have drawn their last four games but are still in the promotion fight. Stoke are only two points above the Championship relegation zone.
M6: Norwich City vs Plymouth Argyle TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
Norwich have scored eight goals in their last two outings, whereas Plymouth have a single point from their last four Championship fixtures.
M7: Preston North End vs Rotherham United TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
Preston are still in with a chance of a top-six finish and a place in the post-season promotion play offs. Rotherham are close to having their relegation from the Championship confirmed.
M8: Queens Park Rangers vs Birmingham City TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
A key battle in the fight against relegation with QPR one point above the drop zone, while Birmingham are safe currently only because of a better goal difference than Huddersfield.
M9: Sheffield Wednesday vs Swansea City TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
The Owls can move out of the relegation zone with a home win. Swansea are unbeaten in their last five clashes with Wednesday.
M10: Southampton vs Middlesborough TEAM A WINS DRAW TEAM B WINS
Southampton have scored four goals in each of their last two outings. Ten points from their last four games puts Middlesboro back in contention for a late run at a promotion playoff place.

Suggested R96 perm: 3 x 2,3 x 1,2,3 x 2,3 x 1 x 1 x 1 x 1,2 x 1,2 x 1
