The big guns are ready to fire at the Friday the 13th Fairview Polytrack meeting.
Top Fairview trainers Alan Greeff and Gavin Smith look very strong throughout the meeting of eight races and should dominate once again.
One trainer who might have the ammunition to take on the top dogs is Cliffie Miller.
Wordsworth (race 4), Voorsmakie (race 5) and especially Roll Of The Dice (race 8) should run big races for Miller. Marco van Rensburg is in the saddle.
Roll Of The Dice will be aiming to make it three wins in a row in a 78 MR Handicap over 1900m.
The four-year-old gelding has also been entered to contest the Fairview 1900 (NBT) on the 27th.
Owner Mark Paddock and Miller will be watching Friday’s run with keen interest to see if Roll The Dice can take on the big names in the feature.
The Smith stable will be hoping to start the meeting with a quick double. Miss Prior (race 1) and Her Royalty (race) are huge runners with Craig Zackey as the pilot.
Sharapova is ready to win for the Greeff yard after her good local debut recently. The five-year-old mare is the horse to beat in race three, the first leg of the Pick Six at 13:25.
Catch Your Breath (race 7) is another Greeff runner who must be included in all bets. Her stablemate You Win Again is the danger.
The first race is at 12:15.
