Headline: Sundowns chasing top place in Champions League group

Mamelodi Sundowns last lost in Sudan in 2008 but have forged positive results in Khartoum since and will be looking to beat hosts Al Hilal this afternoon to make sure of top place in their African Champions League group. More details at www.soccer6.co.za

M1 Al Hilal Omdurman vs Mamelodi Sundowns: Sundowns have been to take on Al Hilal in Khartoum twice in the last two years, drawing the first time and then scoring a 4-2 win last season in the group phase of the Champions League.

M2 Sekhukhune United vs Chippa United: Sekhukhune had cup success over the weekend to end a run of two successive league defeats. Chippa also went through at the weekend to the Nedbank Cup quarter-finals.

M3 Aston Villa vs Bournemouth: Bournemouth have won the last four meetings between these sides, two home and two away, with three of those by 2-1 scorelines.

M4 Brentford vs Leicester City: Leicester have four wins and a draw in the last five meetings between the sides. Brentford’s only ever home win over the Foxes was in 1939.

M5 Southampton vs Tottenham Hotspur: Spurs won 4-1 in the corresponding fixture in August, but Southampton have looked better in recent weeks. Soton have won two from 12 at home this season.

M6 Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Leeds United: Leeds have lost four of their last five games but did win 3-2 at Wolves last season. This is a scrap between two relegation candidates.

M7 Orlando Pirates vs SuperSport United: Battle for second spot in the DStv Premiership although there is a five point gap between second placed SuperSport United and Pirates.

M8 Chelsea vs Everton: The last eight meetings between the sides have resulted in four wins for Everton and three Chelsea victories. But the Toffees’ last win at Stamford Bridge was in 1994.

M9 Manchester City vs Burnley: FA Cup sixth round tie is an emotive return to City for former captain Vincent Kompany, now the manager of Burnley, who are runaway leaders in the Championship.

M10 Maritzburg United vs Kaizer Chiefs: Chiefs won at Maritzburg only one month ago in the Nedbank Cup and now return for league action.
