Mauritius betting again for TAB customers

TAB and TAB Gold customers will be able to bet on races in Mauritius again from this Saturday 30 August.

Horseracing on the island is once again being managed by the Mauritius Turf Club from this season after falling under the People’s Turf Club for the last two seasons.

There are nearly 250 horses in training in Mauritius, including 118 newcomers, and tomorrow’s eight-race meeting is headed by the Grade 2 MTC Bicentenary Trophy over 1500m.

TAB and TAB Gold bets on the meeting comprise a Place Accumulator and Jackpot, as well as Win, Place, Exacta, Swinger, Trifecta and Quartet pools on all races.

Race 1 is at 10:30am and the full meeting will be televised live on Racing 240 and Gallop TV.
