Rugby’s showcase tournament kicks off at 21:15 tonight with a mega Pool A game that pits hosts France against the All Blacks. It’s a critical clash with the losers likely to face South Africa in the quarter-finals, an encounter both France and New Zealand may prefer to sidestep early in the tournament. TAB’s rugby bets comprise two wagers on the overall tournament and three that will be offered on a selected match or series of matches.

ALL TAB’S BETS FOR THE RUGBY WORLD CUP

* TOURNAMENT WINNER = take a punt on the country you reckon will win the World Cup (R1 unit, R2 minimum bet).

* FINAL FOUR = Predict the four countries to reach the semi-finals (R1 unit, R24 minimum bet).
Both these bets close at the start of the tournament so time is running out.

* TRY SCORER = Predict the jersey numbers of the players who score the first and last tries for each team in the selected match (R1 unit; R2 minimum). There’s a TRY SCORER bet on tonight’s game and on each of the seven group matches on Saturday and Sunday.
