Los Angeles unveils Chiellini

Los Angeles FC will be unveiling Giorgio Chiellini in the El Trafico derby against LA Galaxy on the weekend. The 37-year-old European Championship winner is, despite his age, expected to add considerably to the high-flying LAFC and immediately goes up against Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez, who has six goals for the underperforming Galaxy. Former Manchester United and Real Madrid star Chicharito is no spring chicken himself these days, but at the age of 34 still very much a handful and will give the Italian defender a tough start in his first game since moving from Juventus.
