Sunday's eight-race card at Kenilworth features a pair of Listed events for two-year-olds of both sexes.
Ciao Bella, a daughter of the brilliant Bela-Bela, is expected to keep her unbeaten record intact in Race 6, the TAB Perfect Promise Sprint over 1200m.
She might only have one run under her belt but the manner of her victory gave the impression she could be following in the footsteps of her illustrious mother. Like her mother Ciao Bella is also a grey and the fact she is by Gimmethegreenlight helps complete what could be a magic formula.
She has another common detail with her mother in that she is also trained by Justin Snaith. Allowed to go off at 2-1 on debut, Ciao Bella sat just off the leaders and when jockey Anton Marcus asked for an effort she responded like a champion and raced clear to beat Country Time by 3.75 lengths.
One might argue the form is suspect because no winners from six runners have come from that race, but her time was good and there was plenty of gas left in that tank.

The main danger is likely to come from Candice Bass-Robinson-trained Who Do You Love who is unbeaten in two starts. Aldo Domeyer takes the ride.
Bass-Robinson could be on the mark in Race 7, the TAB Somerset 1200, where she saddles Charles Dickens. Like Ciao Bella this two-year-old colt has only raced once and he got up to win by just 0.20 lengths.
However, in his case runner-up Yellowporscheroad came out to win impressively next time and in fact, two winners from four runners have come out to win their next starts.
Charles Dickens is a full brother to Charles and Somerset Maugham and a half-brother to Steinbeck, so he too has the breeding to make a name for himself. Domeyer takes the ride.
Lord William and Hithemhardsunshine look the main dangers and should be included in the Pick 6.
