Racing is on the Polytrack at Fairview on Tuesday and Alan Greeff could be the trainer to follow.
Piece Of My Heart in Race 1, a Maiden Pate for fillies and mares, who is now a three-year-old, has done enough in her first three starts to suggest she may be a bit better than the mostly battling maidens who will be taking her on.
She will, however, have to overcome a wide draw. Kendall Minnie will not be riding at the meeting and Teaque Gould will take the reins on this occasion.
Mesmerizing Moon has been runner-up in her last two starts since trying blinkers and could go one better in Race 4, a Novice Plate for fillies and mares over 1300m.
It is a competitive race but the step up in distance could be just what she has been looking for.
Jack Milner’s selections
