Can the Alan Greeff stable bounce back at Tuesday’s Fairview Polytrack meeting?
That is the question that punters are battling with after this top yard missed the winners box at the last three Fairview meetings.
La Pequenita (race 2) and Call To Glory (race 8) look like possible banker bets but the recent form of the Greeff stable makes one reluctant to go in boots and all.
Gavin Smith is now just two winners behind Greeff – 124 to 122 – in the East Cape trainers title race going into the last month of the season.
Smith will saddle some lively runners throughout the card of eight races.
King Of Queen (race 3) and The Inkosana (race 4) are two of them that must be included in all bets, although they are in competitive races.
The meeting starts at 12:35.
